Because our services are provided by advanced graduate interns who are rigorously and closely supervised by our senior clinicians—Harmony Kwiker and Alicia Hagge—we are able to offer specialized, deeply attentive care at a fraction of the cost of traditional private practice.

Our Rates & Fees: We operate on a transparent, sliding-scale fee structure to ensure you can receive the support you need without financial strain.

Initial Clinical Intake Assessment

Rate Range: $75 – $220 (One-time initial 60-minute session)

Your first session is a comprehensive, deep-dive assessment. During this extended time, we gather your history, map out your current nervous system patterns, identify your holistic healing goals, and establish a foundational safety plan for our work together.

Individual Holistic & Somatic Therapy

Rate Range: $50 – $190 per 50-minute session

One-on-one sessions dedicated to deep personal healing. These sessions integrate traditional talk therapy with somatic experiencing, Gestalt parts-work, and transpersonal growth to help you connect with your True Self.

Relational & Couples Counseling

Rate Range: $70 – $210 per 90-minute session

Designed for couples, partnerships, or family members looking to build conscious communication, navigate conflict from a regulated nervous system, and heal relational patterns together.

Group Therapy & Somatic Circles

Rate Range: $20 – $65 per group session

Experiential, community-centered healing spaces. Group topics focus on nervous system regulation, somatic integration, and shared processing in a safe, co-regulated environment.

Finding the Right Financial Fit

When you contact us for your intake, we will talk through what you are looking for and your budget. We will help match you with an intern, resident associate, or licensed staff member whose specialized training and rate structure fit your needs. Sliding scale slots are available within our lower tiers for those navigating acute financial hardship.

A Note on the “Intern Advantage”: When you work with an intern, you aren’t just getting one therapist; you are getting a team. Your therapist meets weekly with seasoned supervisors to review your care, meaning you receive an incredibly high level of thought, energy, and clinical expertise dedicated to your healing.

Insurance Information

We do not accept insurance directly.

Because our center is a teaching clinic staffed by master’s-level interns, insurance companies typically do not allow us to panel with them directly. However, choosing out-of-pocket care with our interns offers a few unique benefits:

  • No Diagnosis Required: Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis to pay for treatment. Working with us means your care remains completely private and tailored to you, not a diagnostic manual.

  • No Session Limits: You and your therapist decide how long your healing journey lasts, not an insurance adjuster.

Can I use my Out-of-Network (OON) benefits?

In some cases, we can provide you with a monthly itemized receipt (called a Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Important: Every insurance plan is different, and many do not reimburse for services provided by clinical interns. We strongly recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card prior to your first session and asking: “Does my plan reimburse for out-of-network mental health services provided by a supervised clinical intern?”

Forms of Payment & Policies

To keep the process as simple as possible, we utilize a secure, HIPAA-compliant online portal for all financial transactions. Please complete your portal before your first session. 

  • Accepted Payments: All major credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

  • Cancellation Policy: We reserve your session time specifically for you. We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a standard cancellation fee that is the same rate as your agreed upon session fee.
